Meet Bill “Billy” Losey
Billy is a Certified Financial Planner® and Principal/Managing Partner of Bill Losey Retirement Solutions, LLC, a fee-only registered investment advisory firm, but his first love is singing.
Take a bit of Tony Bennett and Michael Buble’. Mix them together with Billy Joel and James Taylor, then sprinkle in a bit of Stevie Wonder and Kenny Rogers – and you get Billy. With a crystal-clear pitch, impressive range, and a high falsetto, Billy has a voice that makes people stop and stare.
He was asked and auditioned for NBC-TV’s hit show “America’s Got Talent”; has received standing ovations in Las Vegas; has crooned at weddings; and sung The National Anthem before 15,000+ at Madison Square Garden. Billy has been a member of the popular Upstate New York vocal duo, The New York Lounge Lizards, since 2010. He performs in and around The Villages as a soloist and has performed with The Radio FlyerZ and The Del-Phis. He currently is the featured singer in the “Play My Song” All-Request Show with Billy & The Kid at The Old Mill Playhouse. In 2024, Billy beat out over 90 people and was the oldest finalist in the 2024 Orange Blossom Opry Superstar Singing Contest. Recently, a sold-out crowd of 500+ chose Billy as the 2025 Orange Blossom Opry Golden Star Contest Winner!
